Overview
This policy covers the information we collect from you on this waitlist page, before Pawsence the app or product exists. It does not yet cover in-app data (like video or activity data) — that policy will be published separately once Pawsence launches, and will be shared with waitlist members first.
What we collect
Just your email address, when you submit it through the waitlist form on this page. We don't ask for or collect your name, location, payment details, or anything else at this stage.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send you updates about Pawsence — things like launch timing, early access invitations, and pricing changes. That's it. We don't send unrelated marketing, and we don't sell your email address to anyone, ever.
Advertising & analytics
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure how well our ads are working — for example, to see how many people who click an ad go on to join the waitlist. As part of this, a securely hashed (scrambled, non-readable) version of your email may be sent to Meta so it can match your visit to an ad, if you arrived here from one.
This is not the same as sharing your actual email address with Meta or anyone else — Meta cannot read the hashed value, and it isn't used by Meta to market to you on our behalf outside of helping us measure and improve our own ad campaigns. If you'd prefer this not happen, you can use an ad blocker or browser privacy extension, which will block this without affecting your ability to join the waitlist.
Who else sees it
Your email is stored with Formspree, the form service that processes waitlist signups on our behalf. We don't share your email with any other third party, and we never sell it.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us directly at any time to have your email address removed from our list entirely.
